To claim that I can "prove" Christianity would not only be false--it would be absurd. Many, many people with far more intelligence and insight than I possess have tried to "prove" God's existence, Christ's divinity, and any of the other myriad of beliefs to which the orthodox Christian subscribe. What I can do in my own fumbling prose is explain how I arrived at this point and why I believe as I do. There will undoubtedly be many who disagree with me for one reason or another, but I hope that those who disagree will engage my arguments with an honest, open mind. Should anyone desire a dialoge on the subject, I will return the favor.

Another of my favorite quotes from Chesterton: "My own case for Christianity is rational; but it is not simple. It is an accumulation of varied facts, like the attitude of the ordinary agnostic." I will over the course of time attempt to set forth my "accumulation of varied facts" in a reasonably logical manner, much as I would a biology experiment. Please be patient--it's a mammoth undertaking.
